I have grown up in Budapest and as I remember I've always loved to draw. I was 12 when I made this picture by copying the cover of a magazine.

During my joyful childhood my family often went to weekend trips, fishing and camping, so I've taken to nature quite early. That is why I chose the faculty of wild animal breeding at Otto Herman Technical College. Here I have heard the first presentation about bats wich was really determinating in my life.

Even in that time I preferred drawing portraits. I was 15 when I made this picture.

Following this I attended the Faculty of Forestry of the University of West Hungary in Sopron. If my time permitted I used to draw during my universitiy years as weel. My thesis' topic was a bat faunistic research. I work in my present place from April 1999 when I moved to Vác. In 2002 I started drawing in the Vác Cultural Center drawing-course led by Ms. Zsofia Debreczeni.
